Introducing Miss Brooklyn

She was fighting sleep...she wanted to stay up and see all the excitement ;)

Bro and Sis

She had to have been having a bad dream bless her heart

Ok so this shoot was so fun.  We pull up to this family's house and we are getting ready to meet Dylan, age 4, and Brooklyn, two weeks, for the first time.  We are expecting Dylan to be a little shy until he gets to know us......how wrong were we!  He absolutely cracked us up! He started in like a little man telling us stories from the moment we entered his house.  Then we got to meet Miss Brooklyn, the sweetest little girl ever.  She was the most content baby I have ever seen.  Her big eyes were so beautiful just like her momma's.  What a precious family....(including the dad even though we didn't get to meet him :)  )

North Carolina Children's Photographer - Halle Mae & Danielle: Bakersville, NC

There are so many good things to say about this momma and daughter.  First of all we LOVE this little family. Meeting a little one for the first time can be nerve racking for the them.  I mean think about it....two strangers come in from no where and start picking them up and putting them in all these positions,  I know I would be a little uncomfortable, well actually a lot uncomfortable.  But with Miss Halle it was totally different.  She was so sweet and welcoming.  Honestly I think we could have sat there and had a conversation for hours in baby talk.  Oh goodness and how she loves her momma!  Danielle is so nice and easy to work with and they are both SO photogenic.  After shooting Halle Mae we officially asked her to be one of our Dewberry babies.  We were so excited when Danielle agreed!  Now every week we look forward to surprise visits from Miss Halle Mae and Danielle.
